Pricing questions

How am I billed?
Paid plans renew monthly. Payments are securely processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles invoicing and tax.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep paid features until the end of your current billing period — no further charges.
Which currencies do you support?
Prices are shown in USD, EUR, or MAD based on your language. Paddle settles the exact amount and any applicable tax at checkout.
Are there ticketing fees?
Plans cover the platform. On paid tickets you sell, a per-ticket fee applies — 5% on Starter, 2.9% on Pro, less on Enterprise — plus a small flat amount per ticket. Free events never incur a fee, and the exact amount is shown before you publish.
