Pricing questions
- How am I billed?
- Paid plans renew monthly. Payments are securely processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles invoicing and tax.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep paid features until the end of your current billing period — no further charges.
- Which currencies do you support?
- Prices are shown in USD, EUR, or MAD based on your language. Paddle settles the exact amount and any applicable tax at checkout.
- Are there ticketing fees?
- Plans cover the platform. On paid tickets you sell, a per-ticket fee applies — 5% on Starter, 2.9% on Pro, less on Enterprise — plus a small flat amount per ticket. Free events never incur a fee, and the exact amount is shown before you publish.
