We build the calm behind big events

Plena began with the chaos of a single competition and grew into the platform organizers reach for when the day actually matters.

Born from a real mess

At Hult Prize Morocco, hosted at UM6P, the event ran on scattered WhatsApp groups, a check-in line that never moved, and no live schedule. Attendees were lost, organizers were firefighting. Founder El Mahdi El Aimani decided the tooling — not the people — was the problem.

What we're building

Plena is one place to plan, run, and learn from an event: a creation wizard, QR check-in, a live attendee page, real-time notifications, ticketing across currencies, and post-event reports. The bar we hold ourselves to is "Eventbrite meets Notion meets Linear".

Global from day one

Events don't speak one language. Plena ships in English, French, Spanish, and full right-to-left Arabic, with multi-currency ticketing, because the next great conference is just as likely to be in Rabat or Dubai as in Paris or Madrid.
