Terms of Service

1. The service

Plena lets organizers create and run events: ticketing, attendee check-in, schedules, venue maps, notifications, and analytics. We offer a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Enterprise plans billed monthly.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and reseller; your purchase is subject to Paddle's buyer terms in addition to these.

Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Plena for unlawful events, fraud, spam, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the platform at risk.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the event content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it so the service can run. You're responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

6. Liability

Plena is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
