Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers subscription payments for Plena's Pro and Enterprise plans, processed by Paddle.com.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. We don't bill you again after cancelling.

Refunds

If you're charged in error, or are unhappy within 14 days of a payment, contact us at support@plenaevent.com and we'll review a refund. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

Monthly fees already consumed for a period that has been used are generally non-refundable beyond this window.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, the amount returns to your card or payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Event ticket sales

This policy is about Plena subscriptions only. Refunds for tickets an attendee buys to an organizer's event are set by that organizer, not by Plena.
