What we collect
Account data (name, email), the event content you create, and basic usage/analytics. Payment details are collected and stored by Paddle.com — we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide the service, process subscriptions, send service messages, and improve Plena. We don't sell your personal data.
Sharing
With processors that run the service: Paddle (payments), our hosting and database providers. They handle data under their own agreements and only as needed.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, and close your account. Email support@plenaevent.com and we'll action it.
